Hu Lavenia, when you are sectioning the bottom and top, if you feed the bottom into one and the top into the other it will help the hair to lay flatter. Love ur locs. I have found a sisterlock consultant in Missouri that I want but I am waiting for her to open her books again.

Oh, I’m gonna lose my Black card too cuz I can’t cornrow or flat twist but I’m gonna try this style. I love it my Sisterlocks are about your same length or a little longer cuz I’m almost at 3 years . I’m home most of the time so this style should do me well.

Do you feel like your locks are stiff sometimes and if so what can I do the fix that? I started using the rose water you suggested in the beginning of your lock journey and I really like that.

Yeah! I have a tendency to forget to use my rose water. Whenever that happens and my locs begin to look lifeless, I spray them down and they're good to go

I need that cap.😊😊. The only thing I would say is to be careful sleeping on wet or damp locs because it could cause mold or mildew. But if you use essential oils in your spay it will help with that. Have a great vacation. 🌝😉😉

Hey! Have you heard of hair paint wax? That temporary colour wax? Maybe you can try that before going through with dyeing your locs for real, and it seems pretty safe :)

My consultant told me at install that 1 side would be a bit longer than the other side, so don’t worry about that. It’ll even out.
