Thanks for this! One other thing I wanted to mention is a life-changing sitting technique I use when getting in and out of a car. A lot of us don’t realize that we are twisting our legs and hips when we place one leg at a time on the car floor when getting in and out of it. A friend showed me the “butt first” method, or putting equal weight on both of my legs and feet, and then swiveling to get in the car. (Then it’s reversed getting out of the car, of course.) I noticed reduced pain immediately and I’ve been using this method ever since.

Ma'am, I had knee pain and chondromalacia, but now my pain has almost gone. However, I still feel discomfort around the knee, and discomfort feeling when i walk and when I walk for about one minute, I experience tightness, hear crunchy sounds, and feel a discomfort . what is the reason? which exercise can i do for this?
