Yes the baby is adorable the one thing we must remember however is that as loving and as gentle as they are at certain moments they can become quite protective and will attack if they feel threatened. When dealing with animals of any sort never assume anything always his caution care patience and love. Whether it's a chimp or a dog or kitten caution is the primary word and respect for the animal they are smarter than we give them credit for.

Why this little sweetie, not given back to her mother?? Did mother not recover?? Has she recovered?? In the past I’ve always presumed the mother has died. Never really thinking why to be given to a foster…… And why two, mothers,?? As I remember watching videos of babies, seem like there is such competition to get to the BABY, grabbing, steeling, and kidnapping. Is this not going to be an problem?? Just wanted to know more about fostering. Such a wonderful way to save little orphans. God bless you for you good work.

Six months without her baby looking at it through a wire cage. Omg! Something is very wrong here. That is so inhumane. So what you moved into the zoo to care for her or you were driving her home with you? Either way you destroyed her. Her Cortisol levels will never go back to normal. This is why we discourage having monkeys as pets. She will suffer life long with PTSD, hormone imbalances, insomnia, anxiety attacks, reproductive complications, just to name a few. Expect to hear from authorities.

Why dont you stop giving these animals silly western names? Have enough respect for their point of origin to give them meaning names from there. This is why China names their pandas before they are allowed out of the country.
