Always love the details you point out on your tours. Love the basics of this home, & it's something similar in layout that someday I hope to have built. Perhaps a bit smaller in scale though. 😄

Devoting 140 sq ft x $600 per ft of house so you can save $15.00 on your weekly grocery bill. Nice house Steve but I hate seeing houses that solve every problem with more square footage and single purpose rooms. I would be really interested in you showcasing a house where you and the client worked to create a smaller, nicer livable space. More along the lines of Sarah Susanka's "Not so big house".

Steve doesnt do low income homes. Steve doesnt do Tiny homes.

@@michaelroby8389 Sarah Suzanka's "Not so Big House" is not about low income or tiny houses. I'm sure Steve knows all about her work, even if you don't.

@@michaelroby8389 And personally I'd be embarrassed to own a "Costco Pantry".

Sometimes rooms with specific purposes are requested by the client to serve a certain need. In the video I may glaze over the specifics in order not to make a 2 hr video. Although some houses are a little larger , they still subscribe to Sarah's ideology - understand her homes were not tiny houses, they were well thought out houses. For example this home has a 160 sq ft gym - I consider that very modest.......as I have done them as large as 1800 sq ft

Maybe not "tiny" but we regularly do 1800-2400 sq ft homes, many are first homes.
