this is why i've been following mikes videos for years now he's humble enough to discuss on camera his weak areas and not behind closed doors, i feel like most of these youtube fitness channels apart from mike and greg plitt really tell you how it is, other channels just think that they are right in everything they do, its all about keeping a student mentality even if you are a hit on the internet so i commend him for that, love the videos more of this please

Ben, you've changed my entire thought process on how I workout. I just wanted to say thank you for the information and the ability to articulate it to everyone else who's had those lagging body part issues their whole lives and not known how to strengthen them. A complete and total eye opening video.

Ben Pakulski smart guy. I learned to concentrate and focus on the muscle and contraction by using low weights and slowly progressing that muscle group to where I can go heavy and still concentrate and contract that muscle.

I like how Ben mentioned the fact that most ppl who give advice or even train base their advice on their own genetics which often times aren't the same as others'. Proper training based on basics of the body will always work for anyone. I dig this video, thanks for the knowledge, Mike!

this is amazing information! i've always never felt any gain with curls for years. i feared that i've plateaued completely. and I tried out the information in this and my god i've never felt my biceps get worked til now! thanks so much!!

Hey sixpackshortcuts, thanks for these great videos, they have really helped my muscle development. Since I turned 12 this has helped me a lot. I have been making my own business on the internet for 9 months, I got kind of weak and I just started a week ago working out at my house and I have really grown muscle. Thanks dude. :D

Wow, you guys are so right on so many things. As student majoring in kinesiology to do sports training, everything you both said makes so much sense. I mean i am in HORRIBLE shape right now, and the reason i watch your vids is b/c everything in your vids makes sense with science. Keep it up with all the great info you give everybody.

Ben is an incredibly smart bodybuilder. I would just throw one thing in here about bringing up lagging bodyparts (besides maximal tension through a full range of motion) and that would be volume (the #1 factor correlated with hypertrophy). Thanks guys!

Hey Mike, Any videos and fixing your posture, as in just for standing and walking and stuff. I think its really important and a lot of people don't know they have bad posture and its affecting how they look even after they've trained in absolute beast mode

Hey Mike, Bet you never knew you'd grow up to be an inspiration to many worldwide. I did have a question, I need some tips on how to continue my training while also balancing my pecs/tri's. My dominant arm (right) has a greater tricept definition than my left. My left pec is bigger than my right. Do i train each lagging muscle (left tri/right pec) throughout the week? Do i continue to train pecs/tris while perfecting form? Dumbell training? How long until pec's are equal? Thank you, appreciated

Hey mike im 13 and football season starts soon. Ive been doing push ups sit ups planks and running. I dont have access to weights and i dont have much control over the food i eat. I just want to loose some belly fat and then gain some muscle mass. Thanks mike.

That bicep extension he showed is good, but what workout can you do in that position that doesn't immediately focus on the tricep, because that's the position of a French press or skullcrusher.

Ok, Shawn, one reason you might not be getting as big as you like is because either youre not getting enough calories in carbs or protein, you haven't toned first which is stuff like body resistance training rather than weights ie push ups, squats without a bar etc, if you tone first, you are guaranteed to put on muscle and mass quicker because your body has gotten used to your own weight and has extended the strength of your muscles, therefore allowing you to lift with better form. Hope it help

Hello, love your videos, I would like your opinion on wearing leg weights while walking. I am about to start walking on a daily basis. I want to add leg weighs, but I don't know if it's safe, or if it will help with toning my legs. Please share you advice.

I think the pump in the forearms is from gripping the bar too firmly and that works the forearms. Try curling as normal but use your hands to only hold the weight and not squeeze. The biceps should be the muscle squeezing

It's really not that complicated though, think about it. Building muscle/ losing fat is really simple. People complicate it, good vid for sure though
