I love this video idea, the issue with this team was the Thunder were great and the west was probably the best it ever was this year, and Duncan got injured and was never the same the rest of the season, and Tony Parker and Ginoblii just got old

To say this team is a “failed super team” is a bit iffy. The expectations for 2016 was around what they accomplished for that season considering the teams situation. If you go back and watch the spurs/thunder series, the spurs were incredibly competitive against the Thunder, who took the best regular season team ever to 7 games in the WCF. The core of this team was the absolute biggest threat to the KD warriors the following year, and honestly, go watch how dominant they were over the warriors in 2017 up until the second kawhi got hurt. The biggest failure that the spurs had in the past 20 years is that the front office was unable to resolve their inner conflicts with Kawhi.
