Hey John, I really appreciate the effort that goes into your channel, and you really make it easy to understand. On top of that, the fact that you give the sheet music and lessons for FREE speaks volumes about you. Its a shame that people can’t see what they’re missing out on, but hopefully you and your channel grow with time, just as my fingerpicking skills appear to be!

thanks for this - i find making my own tab as you describe it works perfectly well - pausing after each section to practice. I don't really get how people can say it is too fast, or complain about a paywall for the tab- its free top quality content. . thank you

Serious question here. Are some people’s hands just too small to play this? I would consider myself a beginner although I can play power chords and basic chords and I have hammer ons, sliding, and bending down fairly well. All this to say my fingers are well callused and I have finger strength. However when I try to get my pinky on the third fret while playing an a minor or when I try to wrap my thumb around on the f chord, I find it extremely difficult and I can’t even get a clear chord when I try one of them let alone switching between them. My hands are pretty small for a guy. Probably the average hands you would find on a woman 5’6” or so haha

Nice one, nice try. To be honest , I prefer Justin Johnson's version. I find it quite confusing to follow because you continuously counting the fingers and strings. It would be easier to follow if you just would go through... Slow and repeatedly

David Williamson nah it’s not too fast, if you listen side by side to the two songs you’ll see the tempo is pretty close. Not exact but really quite close.

I’m 71 and learned the guitar from picking out songs while playing a record over and over again...long before KZbin and tab. If this is too fast, you can replay it over and over again. Sheesh...too many whiners sometimes. Thanks, Chris for the great playing and lessons. 👍

You explain the notes but hardly the rhythm. I bought the tab from your site but even then, what you show is useless. And I can read notes😮
