My handlebars will not loosen at all to adjust. I have tried all of the different size allen keys and none of them fit it. How can I fix this?

Is there a recommended air pump, the valve stem sinks in and doesn't allow for it to be fully inflated

Seems like you need to put pressure on where the valve stem is from the flat tire. What you can do is to hold on to the valve stem when pumping.

I wanted to know the difference between the around the block and the around the block casual. One is $10 cheaper and on your sites spec sheets they appear very similar.

Hello! Both bikes have the same assembly line, geometry and specifications. The Casual edition came with fenders though but no rear rack, whereas the regular version has no fenders but with a rear rack. The other thing is that some of the components of the regular version are upgraded compared to the Casual edition, hence, the little price difference. Hope this helps!

I installed the front wheel but there is a wobble. Is that something I caused with the tightening? I tried to loosen and retighten but that did not fix the wobble. Thanks!

Sounds like the front wheel is out of true and needs to be trued. This just means that the spokes are tensioned unevenly causing the rim to be pulled to one side at certain points. You may want to take it to a local bike shop to be trued.

@@sixthreezero Hello. Around the 10:25 mark of the video, it is referenced that sometimes the clamp thats under the seat isn't assembled or comes apart during transit. That is the case with mine. The video link you shared doesn't address that issue.

Why does my seat keep wobbling

Hi David, there is a bolt on the opposite side of the saddle clamp. Make sure you are tightening the sides evenly so the seat doesn't wobble. If you are still having trouble, you may send an email to [e-mail].

If your bike's seat has a quick-release seat clamp, when you received your bike there's a QR to be scanned for the video instructions.
