what i don't get is why don't they put do s blocks under the straps on all the g shocks ..it wears a lot better ..or at least give the option

Casio just aren't like other companies I guess. Every design is a final design and no alterations will be made just to satisfy 'some' consumers. Casio will fulfils our request by releasing a totally new model with different design instead that fir our requirement. Thats the pattern that I came to notice after reviewing hundreds of G-Shock.

you should check out the ga 700. Solar edition its the same looking but way heavy and better I worry that it might not be available in Japan . please check and let me know

Is it a matter of looks or function? And do you have an issue with negative display readability? I love negative displays but you can't read them as easily as a positive display. The King looks amazing, but for practicality I'd pick the Rangeman, which looks pretty awesome, too.

My king of g is now totally dead....i have this one from sept 3 2017 and now the display is totally blank....sad
