Excellent video! This is exactly the kind of thing I like because I don’t get a lot of time to fish and gain the experience you already have acquired. I printed out the size chart from Ledgehead until I can remember what hook goes with what bait. Have you thought about making charts with the different hook styles for your channel?

Lot’s of good info. I’ll be saving this video! I’m still a little confused about hook size in general. Does 1/0 or 2/0 relate to the physical size or the gauge? Seeing how to put the bait on the hook was extremely helpful. If you saw some of my previous attempts, you kick me out of the boat. If an L shape was the goal, I’d have it nailed :)

Hey everyone has to learn and you just haven't seen how many swimbaits I've ruined learning. It relates's to the gap but just like rods it can differ from brand to brand slightly or even style EWG or roundbend for example.

The good thing about a fluke is it does have a slotted belly. I use belly weighted hooks without the spring I'll have to look at he sizes and get back with ya.
