@@thrownswordpommel7393 There's a slight delay between the sound and the video. It becomes visible at the end. I assume the superimposed the album-version over the live-performance to cancel out the audiences singing along. A disgusting and sad trend as of late.

@@ServantOfOdin they do that cause the live version can sound bad try listening to the live version on someone else's channel without it being edit sounds horrible to me helliung does that as well to make theor live versions sound better so the people that's watching can listen better.

@@lifewithchuckie562 Well that's the whole thing. If their live versions sound like the studio versions, why bother with live concerts to begin with? There's a reason why live sounds different than studio. If you terminate that reason, you terminate the reason to go live

There's am annoying trend of the audience sound being removed from live videos. It's probably happened here, there's zero audience noise at all, except a very quiet clap at he end, which is clearly quieter than it was in real life. They seemed to bring back the sound for the cheers at the end.

J'y étais, c'était aussi extraordinaire que Heilung au Hellfest de l'année précédente. Je n'aurai jamais cru qu'un groupe français puisse émerger à un tel niveau dans ce genre musical (costumes, chant, mélodie, ambiance, énergie...etc).

Oui ils sont extraordinaires. Par contre je ne les ai jamais vus à la télévision. Ni entendu à la radio d'ailleurs. Leur réussite est d'autant plus méritante. J'écoute en boucle leur album.

I discovered Skáld just a week or so ago - and I'm lost! This is mesmerizing. I catch myself singing "Rún" or "Herr Mannelig" in a low voice all day.

That’s true, and so are the Nordic languages - I know the lyrics to almost all the Skáld songs, and am learning Norse and Icelandic and the other Norse / Germanic languages, and I highly recommend learning Norse / Icelandic / Dutch / Norwegian / Gothic / Faroese / Danish / Welsh as they are as gorgeous as English and way too pretty not to know!
