One of the most talked about accomplishments of LeBron's entire career is that he went to EIGHT consecutive NBA finals. But how impressive of a feat was that actually when evaluating the competition he faced during the runs?

The Heat were literally called a Super Team TM for a reason and were expected to WIN. Lebron is famous for bragging, "not 1, not 2..." and then immediately loses to a team that Wade had already beaten in the finals. It's one of the most laughable things in human history and I'm astonished that people defend this bs.

If you stripped every star from their respective teams in the 90's, the Bulls without MJ would be the best supporting cast. Nice try, I guess. Pippen & MJ played 116 games in their 6 title runs. I saw something in another video that puts things into perspective when people say LeBron James faced tougher competition in the NBA finals than Michael Jordan faced. True, MJ never had to face an NBA champion juggernaut team like the mid-2010s Warriors (whom LBJ managed to beat only ONCE in 4 finals). But that's because MJ's Bulls WERE the NBA champion juggernaut team that kept all the other teams from winning rings. So the video asked this question: Which is more impressive - LBJ beating the juggernaut team of his era ONCE in FOUR finals; or MJ's team BEING the juggernaut team of his era which won SIX of SIX NBA finals? Because MJ's Bulls did something the mid-2010s Warriors were unable to do - 3-peat. And MJs bulls did this TWICE! So, NO, winning ONE finals and LOSING THREE to the Warriors does NOT make LBJ the GOAT, nor does going 4 of 6 in Finals make the Warriors a better team than the 1990s Bulls teams lead by MJ that 3-peated TWICE. In all 6 Finals he played, MJ was CLEARLY the best player on the court, while in all 6 of LBJs finals losses SOMEONE ELSE was the best player on the court, and in at least one (2011) LBJ wasn't even the best player on his own team. To paraphrase the self-proclaimed "Chosen One": "This right here shows EVERYONE that LBJ is NOT the Goat."

That’s what I’m always saying to those delusional Bron fans. How can other teams build their dynasty if there’s a conquering team that kept dismantling them. And they will make a notion that the Bulls played in a weak era. Well it’s just a logical way to understand that, because they’re not good enough to defeat the conquering team (the Bulls).

When Lebron played in the East the conference was so weak they nicknamed it “The Leastern Conference.” Lebron never had to face the physical teams that Michael Jordan had to beat to reach the Finals. Teams like the Pistons, Pacers, Cavaliers and 50 win teams like the New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks. Michael Jordan beat more 60 win teams in the playoffs than Lebron and Kobe combined. During the Bulls championship run between 1991-92-93 and 1996-97-98, Jordan’s Bulls went an astonishing 388-104 during the regular season, that means out of the nearly 500 regular season games the Bulls played they only lost 100 games. What makes that even more amazing, it’s excluding postseason play.

Add on top of this that Lebron has benefitted probably more than any other play from having the best players he might go against get injured and derail competitive teams. First we had D Rose get injured on the Bulls, who were unquestionably the biggest competition the Heat were going to have for years to come. And were a team that always gave Lebron fits under Thibs. After his first taste of the eastern conference finals in 2011 and losing to the Heat, the Bulls were primed to take over as the best team in the east, just for Rose to get injured and the bulls to fade away. The same thing happened with Paul George and the Pacers, who also became the biggest competitor to the Heat and were on the rise, just for George to break his leg and the Pacer team to disintegrate after that. Then of course we have the Chris Bosh situation, which completely derailed the post Lebron Heat that was becoming competitive again with new players. And subsequently lead to Wade bailing to go join Lebron again. I can't think of another player in history that has ever benefitted from more top level players in his own conference having devastating injuries that derailed top contenders more than Lebron. And as you said, with so few star players in the East to begin with, when you have one of them and they go down, its disproportionally impactful to your team.

MJ had more All-NBA/DEF & All-Star teammates, as well as award winners & league leader teammates than anyone from '90-'98. So he had the most "help" by far. If you stripped every star from their respective teams in the 90's, the Bulls without MJ would be the best supporting cast. Nice try, I guess. Pippen & MJ played 116 games in their 6 title runs. Pippen beat out MJ in totals in rebounds, assists, steals & blocks. TALK ABOUT HELP!

@@LeHitler you talk like its not a difference only by decimals yet MJ almost doubled the points. Its so funny has casuals only rely on stats yet don't know how a leader should be. MJ is a shooting guard who prioritizes scoring. He held his teammates to fulfill their roles. Instead of waiting for a defensive rebound he runs on the other end for an easy basket trusting his Big guys get the rebound. Pippen was partly has the role of a PG where he runs the triangle offense as MJ goes on the post, that's where he got most of his assist. If you really wanna see who hustles more check MJ and Lebron's offensive rebounds and steals. lol.. Lebron in his 21 years haven't reached MJ in Offensive boards despite being bigger. Lol.. Lebron gets freebies from making his centers boxout for him like WB and Harden and SF tends to get the rebound on missed free throws. You don't know a crap in a team game and how it works. Educate yourself. lmao..

@@Lovechie4life MJ did score more, he also led the league in attempts 9x. I would hope he'd lead his team in scoring if he's shooting so much more than anyone else. Just for perspective, LeBron has NEVER led the league in attempts. No one since MJ has even led more than 5x. MJ & Malone played 6 games in the '98 Finals, MJ shot 50 more attempts than Malone. That's 2 games worth of shots. MJ was a volume shooter. Efficient, but volume nonetheless. MJ also didn't have to do anything but score, so he played with more energy to even wanan crash the glass offensively. LeBron has to do virtually everything for his team, so he preserves his energy. Doesn't mean he isn't capable. You idiots even comparing a 38 year old in his 21st season to prime MJ, says everything. MJ was retired by year 15 AFTER he took off 3 years already. Pathetic.

In fact, if you look at Lebron's final opponents that he actually won, it ain't that impressive either. 1st title: 22, 23 yrs old OKC trio vs absolute prime age of MIA trio. I'd expect the prime trio would beat bunch of kids. 2nd title: 37 yrs old Duncan led SAS who hasn't made finals in the last 6 years. Yet they say bad boy Pistons and Magic/Bird were old in 91. 3rd title: the only one that's impressive in terms of record. But the whole Draymond situation and well as Bogut's injury makes it awkward. GSW were also supposed to be out in conf finals if NBA properly suspended Green in game 5 for essentially worse nut kicking than he did to Lebron while they were down 1-3 . 4th title: bubble ring against 44 win MIA missing their 2nd and 3rd best players. And Butler single handedly won 2 games

Not to mention played against a Nets team so bad their second best player was Kenyon Martin. 4th ring- Kobe's only legit win. But I will add it took 7 games for him to beat a Houston team without Yao Ming or Tracy McGrady. 5th ring. Needed the refs to rig game 7 vs. Boston. To that point, LA was unbeaten in the Playoffs and had won 18 straight games dating back to the regular season. Iverson gave the champion Lakers over 35 a game that series. Once again all you LBJ haters are following this dude Skap down a rabbit hole b/c of your blind h8 for LBJ. But Skap will never respond to me b/c it's too ez to debunk his bias post. Quickly, LBJ won 2 titles w/o Wade or Bosh, 2 w/o Love or Kyrie and 3 w/o AD. None of these players have won a title after that but LBJ has. None of his coaches, Brown, Spoelstra, Lue have won a title w/o LBJ and Vogel got his 1st title by finally beating Mia b/c Vogel had LBJ and Spoelstra didn't...Lastly, Skap loves to talk about Kobe b/c he said he saw all his games which is a lie. In 98 & 99 Kobe got swept by Utah and the next yr by the Spurs. And Kobe had Shaq, Horry, Rodman, Fisher, Fox, Eddie Jones & Elden Campbell & don't forget he had Malone & Gary Payton too. And he loves MJ but never tells u MJ had 3 Hof's on his team Pippen, Rodman & Kukoc. Now all of you look at LBJ's roster in Clev..and who had better teammates???

@@hitmanagent871 Bruh, you're like everyone else you blindly hate this guy & Idc but it's always a caveat why he wins and why he loses. Actually it's comical, so when LBJ came in the league in 2004 was LBJ's team constructed to win they were a lottery team right? And in 3 yrs he had them in the playoffs ''EVERY YR'' & in the Finals w/that same team that he inherited. And what's funny he had no consistent All-Star on his team not 1 all-NBA teammate and when he made the Finals in his 4th yr he loses to 3 Hof's Duncan, Parker & Ginobli good try tho..And Spoelstra went to the finals w/o LBJ but did he win the finals and LBJ won 2 more times w/o Spoelstra, again, good try. And that's the problem Clev wasn't constructed to win b/c Kyrie had them in the lottery every yr he was there and in LBJ's first stint in Cleveland he started winning and making the playoffs so he could never get any of the top 15 pks in the draft. Hitman you can't win bc you don't know enough or maybe you thought I was some kid who didn't know what you thought you knew, again, good try tho. Lastly, Wade had one ring before LBJ got there but he won 2 more bc of LBJ and he never won another or even made the ECF's.. I know bc he got old right but he was drafted the same yr as LBJ..stop bro, it's not a good look.. And Kyrie hasn't been back to the Finals either. And don't be a follower and say LBJ had superteams..revisionist history..Jerry West, Wilt & Elgin Baylor,.. Hakeem, Drexler & Barkley,..here's your demographics Kobe, Shaq, Malone, & Payton or Kobe, Nash & Howard and Kobe said Howard was trash so everyone called him trash but Howard won a ring w/LBJ or Pierce, KG & Allen...Again, Hitman, too ez....

In the playoffs the teams Jordan faced were an average of 3 games better. The bottom of the conference was also 3 games better in Jordans years than the conferences Lebron has been in. Lebron is also the only player in NBA history to have back to back MVPs, best record in the league 60+ win seasons and not make the Finals. People acting like LeBron was the GM of every team in the Eastern Conference 🤣. Is it LeBron’s fault that the other 14 teams sucked at drafting and trading for their franchises to give his Heat and Cavs any form competition? Hate LeBron all you want but I never got the logic of the weak conference argument. It says more about the other front offices in allowing LeBron to sleepwalk to conference championships and finals appearances 🤷🏽‍♂️

Another great vid. These will stand the test of time because although critical, they are factual and concrete, not just hateful. You are doing a great job not being hateful but pointing out the many flaws and trends. Jordan set a very high standard with 3 straight. Defending twice is mentally exhausting, the self proclaimed king couldn't win 3 straight with a superteam. And while the 96-98 bulls had Rodman, Kukoc and Harper who added depth, the first 3peat they had much less depth as a team. Horace was useful but in certain situations, same for Paxson. The King as bball greatness is not even on Kobe's level. He is very selective and demanding of his surroundings, not clutch, not very versatile as a whole, shoots sub 40% outside of 3 ft consistently, and is mentally weak. Not to mention the self proclamation and media bought horde. He's already doing a lot of damage to his legacy and that is likely to continue.

How can someone be the goat and lost 6 finals in his career?? And allowed another team to become a dynasty while he was in his prime?? His records are whatever because he’s been playing for soooo long! If you ad the same amount of games to Jordan’s career, and he only averaged 20 ppg for all the extra games he would of beat the scoring record by 5K point by the time lebron beat it. And that’s only 20 ppg which for jordan is veryyyy low. So realistically he prob would of beat it by about 7500 points if he played the same amount of games… shattering that record and most likely making it almost unbreakable.

I agree completely with you. For me it’s honestly just this easy: the GOAT cannot be a loser more times than he’s a winner. He cannot have more failures than success. By statistical metrics and advanced evaluation, Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers should be considered the NFL goat. BUT it’s not even close. Because when it matters most, Tom Brady is that dude. There are PLENTY of guys in NBA history who have been “that dude” countless times while Lebron has failed over and over and over again.

@@skap_attack This is so illogical it verges on hilarious. Rodman's skills were never in points and he was capable of guarding Shaq as a 6' 9" forward. Kukoc was the Sixth Man of the Year in a stacked East. Pippen is a top 25 player and his injuries were so deleterious to the team that *MJ* of all players lost a game 7 simply by virtue of his not being able to play. Which teammate of LeBron's has ever been as dominant as a prime Shaq? You're just haters. You don't care about the sport or the story or the actual statistics. Of LeBron's six Finals losses, none has been honorable. In the 2007, 2014, and 2018 finals, it was the finals, not the first or second round, that the champion team won the easiest in the playoffs that year. In other words, cleveland and heat would have lost finals even if anyone came from the west, the western team won at 2007,2014,2018. The 2017 Finals was also virtually a 1:4 defeat, close to a sweep loss, and the 2011 Finals suffered a reverse defeat due to Lebron's ridiculous play despite being the top dog at finals. The only extenuating factor is the 2015 Finals, but if you look closely, all the numbers plummeted and swept away smoothly as Iguodala defended LeBron. Lebron also suffered the humiliation of dedicating Finals mvp to his matchup opponents three times. (2014, 2017, 2018)

To be honest when I see these videos it never mattered if he won or lost because of he lost its called he was stat padding or choking even though it’s a team accomplishment. If he won just throw asterisks on it. Even though we can apply asterisks to every ring in history.
