15:56 quick tip for anyone that struggles, you gotta pump those transitions like Coach Frank says. By tapping both r2 and l2 (or respective Xbox buttons) you can squat real fast. Doing this right as your characters knees bend on a quarter pipe and timing it so they stand up as the ramp flattens (either up or down) you get increased speed. You're kinda intended to know this, but it's so underutilized for 90% of the game. The main examples I know of are this, and the kill the spot observatory in the university district. You kinda need to pump to get speed on those, otherwise it's kinda just luck

The Party Pack DLC allows you to explore so far out of the map due to the fact that’s it’s the same map as skate 1 but retextured

The San Van dlc is a portion of the original skate map but I’m pretty sure it was only supposed to be a few spots from a specific area of said map. I’m guessing they had to use a larger part of that area just to get the few spots they wanted so as to not break shit or have to remake it all. I swear I also heard the idea that the devs wanted to put more of the map in the newer engine but we’re told no so they snuck what they could in with this dlc. Makes the fence trick being so easy make some sense I guess.

They reactive old servers so that if it craps out on an old game, there won't be that much disruption compared to something like battlefield or COD

Killing challenges … well that’s why I came here, it’s to long ago bur the challenge on the factory roof was the 1st challenge which came to my mind after all those years… I think this was one of the hardest challenges to kill back in the day. The "You're Winner" trophy name is a homage to Big Rig: Over the Road Racing, touted as one of the worst PC racing games of all time. If you win a race in that game theres text that comes up on the screen and says "You're Winner"
