I'd suggest a medical supply store, just for the rolling walking aids. Get something sturdy, with a solid pipe construction, the flimsier ones tend to break (I lost one to a QP and one to a 5 stair). The axles on these are compatible with skate wheels, but generally require some spacers and because of the clearance (they come with 8" wheels after all) I'd suggest longboard wheels to go with them. Remove all that bag stuff. And be aware that pushing fakie makes these things revert automatically - basic tricks for rolling walking aids generally make use of this and add some parallel bars manouver on the handles while the aid is reverting.
