Lol of course there is. And that's not even getting into learning about the shock, axial, flex, and all the other forces that a board experiences while skating. So much work and science behind skateboards to ensure they're sturdy enough to withstand all of those forces. Engineering is a lot of work, but the results are awesome!

Do something on the awesome work of the small batch makers!!! Actually pressing boards locally and regionally for skaters in the USA, in 2020. There are tons of them. From Rolling glue to final graphics, making decks with 100% American made service to skateboarding.
