After more than a year and half of work on the house, the land and to prepare the forms for the ramps. the time to pour the first concrete skate feature of the ramp has finally arrived. In this episode you'll be able to witness the 3 concrete pour required to build a 3fts high and 20 fts wide concrete mini ramp. Thank you to everyone than contributed to make this dream a reality, this is just the beginning their is so much more to come in the future!
I have been dreaming of owning a piece of land to build a Skaters Paradise for a long time and now the biggest step, finding and buying the best spot is done! After many years of volunteer work a Projet 45, i will now put my acquired skills to the development of the Skateboard Ranch, some kind of Skateboarding retreat where one can get away from the city and the plague of the razor scooter in their local park. Like any DIY endeavour, The whole project will take some time to take shape but with a lot of hard work and help from my friends, I'm pretty sure this is the beginning of something unique.

Hey Sebastian, it was so great to watch all the episodes and to see a functioning ramp in the end. Amazing to realize how much work has to be put in there! Though now I (proably also others) miss a new episode, 8 Months (a winter (instagram shows the sesh), spring and summer has passed) are a lot of time, I am sure a lot has happened. Hey julian, i totally feel you, the last few months have been pretty hectic over here. I found a job and i’have been working a lot all summer so unfortunately not a lot has happened on the ranch. I have saving as much as can to be able to do a big push next spring. I have some footage for the dime ice challenge that i have to edit but its hard to find time with the job and all. I hope to get my head back in editing soon enough to at least give all you guys an update on the situation. Its a tough duality… need money to get everything going but when money is coming i don’t have as much time to work on the ranch… its hard to have both at the same time… like they say Rome wasn’t built in one day so i keep my head down and push through, i have high hopes for the futur! I’ll do my best to put out a new video as soon as possible. Thanks you for your interest, it really motivates me to get back in front of the computer 💻!

@patewok3649 hard to tell, she just showed up at the ranch one day. Brought her to the vet and they said she was probably 6 or 7 . I had her for 3 years so she must have been 9/10. I tied to give her the best years of her life even tho i have no idea what her life was before. She was so thin and dirty when i rescued her so it was an improvement thats for sure! Haha! I like to think that she was roaming around and waiting for the best person for her and adopted me haha!

My calculations gave me 3,75 yards, i could only order in increments of 0.5 yard so i though if i order 4 yards, 0.25 is enough extra if my calculations are wrong. So i ordered 4,5 to be safe. Turns out my estimation was dead on so ordered 4 for the second wall and only had a few bucket extra. Better be looking at it than looking for it! 😉

@@BAREFOOTIMMORTAL not too bad haha, i have been through thunder bay twice once by greyhound bus on my to whistler and driving back a few days later. Didn’t really visit but i know what kind of drive it is! 😉
