Well I took another trip back to one of my favorite cities Indianapolis for the Naptown Real Rollers Roll for Soul 2020 Skate Party. I was only able to attend on Saturday 08/01/2020 but the videos the Dj's brought the energy and gave the skaters plenty of fuel for the camera!

I cant wait for the Metro Detroit nine, yes 9 -- Rinks to reopen!! Ladies, this is the BEST way to get off that Quarantine weight of 10 to 15 pounds. Good for our hips, waist, thighs, knees, calves & ankles. Just start slow & let the music move you. Then, in a few weeks when the body is use to moving, start trying the old moves!! Backward, steppin, spins, dips, etc. Drip a few pounds then we are ready for the Holiday season. These Skating Ladies are toned & limber --- practice makes perfect!! 👍🏾
