Dan is a skate rat, but more in the sense of like a 15-year-old kid. It’s pure unadulterated skate brain 24/7. The excitement & the constant curiosity toward skateboarding. I’m sure the camera doesn’t portray the amount of chaos there, but it looks gnarly. That’s what makes it so awesome tho. I remember being young and being able to just tap into that adrenaline and huck shit when I was around dudes that were better than me. I can’t imagine skating in a park surrounded by that much talent. Brings out the best in skaters for sure.
