A really nice sequence to put into staccato type music like a tango.

I started practicing this one this week and thought to myself, I can't wait for Skatie's breakdown of this move and then you posted this!! Clearly called it into existence 😄 thank you!

Interesting, great content as usual no fluff 🎉. I learnt how to do the zero another way by doing a toe manual first, then pivot in the direction I’m rolling. I think I will practice this as well. Because it seems to transition naturally into the “stop” position (where both feet are together)

Thank you xx. I love the zero, it’s got such a nice groove to it. Have lots of fun x

What a lovely comment thank you. I have one video where I go through practicing off skates but it’s not specifically targeted at balance. I’ll link it in case you haven’t seen it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aHi9oZWXfcqGqZY

Hi - I love your videos! I am new to skating or rather, I actually haven't learned yet...I've been watching your videos before I go out there. Do you have any videos for beginners and recommending beginner skates to buy? Thanks so much!

So this has nothing to do with the video, but what brand are the kneepads you usually wear? I'm not sure how to search for them bc I don't recognize the logo, but I really want to buy some. Thanks :)

They’re an Amazon set. I’ll see if they’re still available.

@@Skatie Thank you, I found them! They're TXJ Sports, the brand is visible in your video about increasing confidence :)

hi super skater..😉 is it true that moxi lolly rollers are the best skates on the road?
@Skatie2 жыл бұрын
Wow that’s a big claim! 😂 they’re made by Riedell who have been in the industry for a long time so they have a good solid reputation. It’s possible to get skates of a similar quality at a more affordable price as unfortunately, as with most brands, you pay extra for the name.

Beginner here.. so am guessing it’s the beginners skate that comes with a toe stop? .. I know it’s a silly
@Skatie2 жыл бұрын
Great question. Most standard skates have toestops. The skates I wear are more specialist so they’re built without a toestop. So yes beginner skates do tend to have the toestops then it gives more options.
