Sketchbook Painting OUTSIDE | Urban Sketching Watercolor + TIPS!

How I paint outside in my sketchbook with watercolor. Plein air set up I can take anywhere and fill my sketchbook with paintings and drawing from life! In this video I take you on an adventure to paint outdoors using watercolor and gouache. I also share my current favorite travel art supplies, the set up and techniques I use for urban sketching. Urban sketching is a great way to improve your skills and capture the moment!

What an awesome experience. And the squirrel! 🐿 😂 Your comment about the trees really spoke to me. I’ve been taking my walks around our neighborhood park while my son is at swim practice. I took some pictures of this picnic area and trees thinking I’d paint it when I got home. But now I think I will to take my paints and sketch book there instead. Thank you for inspiring me!
