In this video I flip through the pages of my most recent sketchbook. I focus on drawing from reference for most of the drawings in this sketchbook. The drawings in this video are created using bic pens and markers.

Started watching your channel again really enjoy your art I would like to know if you basically used tan tone paper it definitely brings out the subject also the use of ball point pen in different colors quite interesting very inspiring thanks for the content

Sketchy Travs is king for sketchbooks! I always use these for inspiration, it's rare I can ever fill a sketchbook these days, how long does it take you to fill a 50 sheeter like this Trav?

Thanks so much! if I'm really in a good place and motivated I Average a page and a half a day, so a little over a month but on average every 2 months I would say.

Love your sketchbook tours and always wanted to ask how you got people interested in watching a longer sketchbook tour video? I feel like people have the shortest attention spans. And I feel like if I did it, 3 people would tune in for the first 2 minutes.

Thanks! Sketchbook tours have always been my most consistently viewed video. I try to keep the video moving by not staying to long on each drawing and also some of the drawings need to be interesting and be a little more developed than just a sketch. Also making sure I talk about each drawing helps rather than just showing the drawings.
