Pro tip don't touch the loctite tip to metal that's why the tip hardeneds up.

NO. But thanks for asking. I'll put it on my list to do. I will do a "how to" vidya later on this month (may 2020). I've got 2 more vidyas todo first. Thanks

@@iBackshift I sure would like to see a pro doing the bushing and circlip removal and installation. The bushing came out easily punching with a screwdriver slightly (to break it) but the circlip is just hell. Especielly when it is worn out.

I have 2014 ski doo freeride 800r. What would cuz it not to have low end power. When you wheelie it doesn’t have the low end power to keep it up. What could it be by chance

look at my website. Technical pull down tab. Scroll to 137~154 freeride tab. Have a read. Then you can email me too and describe the symptoms in more detail. Can't really get a picture of what you are describing.

In the beginning you said remember this dohickey? What is that? I just rebuilt the same exact clutch and it did not have that black washer or spacer thing? Should I try to get one?

That is BRP#417223471 [bushing]. I quickly found it at the BRP microfiche online "Ski-Doo2014 MX ZMXZ X-RS 800RETEC XS RS, Pulley System" and see the bushing right there. Its on some fiche models and some its not - i dont know why. Its to stop the pulleys from touching together at full shift overdrive.
