I've ordered a BV2S...to try that...so as to make the "stop & talk" faster...

Thank you for your comments, this is simply my method for keeping my goggles clear in technical backcountry riding. It works for me and just wanted to pass it on. If you have your own solution, use it. Where are you from?

Bret, we're ranchers from down south of Rabbit Ears --- as I understand, Ashley and Norona rode on our ranch earlier this year.

Will these goggles fit well with the xc-4 helmets?

I haven't tried them for fit. But I believe that the xc-4 has the same goggle opening as this helmet. Should work fine.

The biggest thing I’ve found; and what I think a lot of people overlook and become frustrated with, is that any given helmet/goggle combo won’t function the same for everyone, unless our heads are all the same shape. I’ve got the old XP-R2 carbon helmet and really struggled to get my SkiDoo/Scott goggles to work without moisture entering and subsequent frost issues. I personally have had better luck with 509 and even Klim goggles, but that’s not saying everyone else will be in the same boat.

I couldn't agree more. Fit is so important. Thanks for your comment.

Have to disagree with you Bret...and I rarely do that. But, I'm a rarity even down here...but, I ride with a Modular 3 helmet, mostly because I have a hard time with glasses...and I really love riding on really cold days...plus, I'm going after a "warm head", as opposed to cold head to combat fogging
