I don’t care what anyone says about her range or grittiness, she’s brings a fire to these songs that’s uniquely her own. She’s a powerhouse in her own right, and makes me appreciate just how good Bach was in his day.

The highest note, around 4:26 ("far-a-waaaaaaaaaaaay")... Always gives me chills when I hear Bach sing it, but honestly hearing Lzzy hit that note live brought a tear of joy to my eye. Proper emotional moment hearing that 😍

For those who don't know Lzzy Hale, she's not a cover singer they brought in - she's had her own band, Halestorm, with her brother for over 25 years, since she was a teenager. They're currently on tour with Evanescence and The Warning.

After years of not really following Skid Row, these started popping up in my feed. I've been watching alot of these and Sebastian Bach vids, even some original Skid Row videos. I still have their first two CDs in a box in a closet. I actually just realize this morning that she's their new lead singer. For the past two days I thought she was a cover band or something. Anyway, this is cool. I hope they do well. They sound great.

Thanks for posting this. This video has some of the best audio of the those I've seen with Lzzy fronting the Skids. Wow! The band is tight and she stays true to the songs while being unmistakably Lzzy. Her stage presence is off the charts good. As a package I'd rather see Skid Row with Lzzy over Sebastian or Erik. That might not be the case when Sebastian was in his prime, but now (2024), Lzzy is the one that would get me to buy a ticket.

i am by no means a halestorm fan...and have been a lifelong skid row fan. she does a nice job on these songs, and skid row is playing here with a fire that hasn't been there since the early days of erik's arrival. lzzy will not be the answer for who will be the next skid row singer, but i truly hope that whomever they settle upon, it will be someone that the band will be excited to play with, and the fanbase can stop the back and forth about who it "should be", and instead be happy with who it "is".

It's not about being a hater or anything like that. Lizzy Hale is a great singer and there's no doubt about that. But it seems that the vast majority of deaf people forget that she is a female singer and therefore, she has a high vocal register with which she can sing the high notes almost naturally. The point is another: To be the frontman of a band like Skid Row and displace Sebastian Bach you must have the aggressive attitude to devour the stage, take over the space and destroy the audience. And like it or not, Sebastian Bach has all those components as Ronnie Dio, Ray Gillen, Glenn Hughes, etc. There´re singers who play in other leagues. Cheers to them!

@skidrow perhaps it is a good choice to actually go with a female lead singer for good. Keep up the vitality guys. Neither Gronwall or Bach are replaceable on the male side so bring in something new, fresh or different. Retirement is never an option.
