I've made this several times and everyone loves it. Even my husband who hates pasta. I use ribbon noodles cause i never have oven ready lasagna. I only do one 10 minute cook on the stove top because my noodles are thinner. But it still turns out so delicious

Love your videos! I especially like that as you cook you explain the process as you go. No personal details, no drama - just good cooking with great recipes. My hubby and I are full time Rv'ers. Since kitchen space and other resources are limited, we are always looking for one-pot quick, delicious and easy recipes. You have some great ones I can't wait to try. Most ingredients are things in our pantry. Some I feel I could even cook over a camp stove since they are one-pot. We like a hot meal in the evenings and usual camping fare can be routine. he gave you the option of covering it an letting the cheese melt OR putting it in the oven for the cheese to melt , he chose the oven because he wanted the cheese browned a little. so technically it is a no bake skillet lasagna

Normally I'd agree with you about the ground beef grease? But when you're making lasagna, you have to be careful with the moisture content. That extra oil will cause your lasagna to come out sloppy. For tacos, cool, let it fry in its own fat for a while. Don't do this with lasagna though.

I tried this and it smelled delicious while cooking, but came out very greasy. The second time I made it, I didn’t use the mozzarella cheese, just used a small amount of Parmesan cheese and put it in the oven soon after adding the noodles, it came out much better. Didn’t have any problem with noodles sticking together. 😊
