9 tips: 1) Don't interrupt. Ask to interject if it is important. 2) Don't dismiss people's comments. Instead, acknowledge with a neutral comment. 3) Don't get aggressive. Wait your turn. Then, express yourself in a mellow tone and diplomatic message. 4) Keep your word. 5) Avoid bad behavior in life and on the phone. Return calls. 6) Master I'm sorry. 7) Don't talk over people. Instead listen as it will prevent talking over people. 8) Arrive on time. 9) Don't ignore the people you are talking to even though they are boring. Lut them know you have an appointment to go to and acknowledge them.

I don't do any of these things, yet people call me rude 😔 I don't ignore anyone and I also listen calmly, what else should I do?

Thank u so much for your videos. I have Asperger's syndrome and I had trouble learning interpersonal skills until i found your youtube channel. I used to get into trouble for being rude to my coworkers all the time. Now people tell me that i'm great with clients and i get along with my coworkers better because you explain everything in an easy to understand manner. 😊

Thank you for this video. I have autistic tendencies to not being able to read the room or understand non-verbal cues. There are things that I personally dont find rude even when someone were to do it to me bcs i dont take things too personally. It helps when you explain it from psychological perspective

I think it can be challenging at times not to be rude, but we really need to give others more of the floor instead of making it “all about me!” We as a society are becoming “all about me,” in this fast paced world. 🙏🏻

I was Searching for videos on 'AVOIDING FILLERS WHILE SPEAKING' and i landed on this page. @Rima i liked the way you are presenting it. thumps up for that.. On the other side you are using a lot of "YOU KNOW' "YOU KNOW' 'YOU KNOW' - that is a filler phrase according to my knowledge. Kindly avoid those and you are better than this then. :-) Regards...
