It's hard to imagine an experienced ICT Project Manager making less that the Specialist threshold in Australia, hence there is no point in keeping this occupation on the CSOL as it would only allow for potential pay manipulation. If you look at Hays salary report, that's exactly the case.

So that means that highly skilled people from developing countries should forget about it because the income threshold can't be met. Our yearly incomes in our local currencies can't meet this threshold.
