Skills PR professionals need: WRITING

In prehistoric times, societies recorded their significant narratives in petroglyphs on stones. In that way, societies learned from one another, and successive generations learned from those that passed before them.
Viewed from one perspective, the world has since progressed dramatically with technological advancements paving the way for mass global communication. But viewed from another, the world continues to enjoy the basic unit of communication - the word of one person to another.
Strong writing skills isn't a preference. It's a demand for a job, almost any job - in the PR industry and/or beyond.
Irrespective of the specific role you've been hired in, being able to write compellingly sets you apart. And for all lifelong learners (which includes you, me, and everybody!) the good news is that it's 101 easy to kick it up a notch!

Writing in itself is not only a skill but a gift. Along with the writing if one is equally or more effective in speaking then that is a killer combo and you my friend are an expert at both !!!

Read more (helps you write better), find excuses to write, and download softwares like Grammarly and WordWeb - I used WordWeb in high school, and I credit the software for my own growth as a writer.
