Nathan I new I had Parkinson’s a year ago when I fell off my bike and hit pavement 😮with my head. Thank God I’m alive because my helmet bounced off payment. My neurologist is doctor Alexander Smirnoff here in Lady lake Fla . He detected my disease.I watched all your videos and can follow all your exercises. Someone here got insulted when you said we do the funny walk & imitated a person walking small steps… I felt a bit uncomfortable but knew you meant no harm or insult. Our bodies dictate movement until you tell it to do different and walk with normalcy. Love your videos thank you so much for making our new journey possible.

Thank you for doing these videos. I am 67 yr old female diagnosed with Parkinsons. Your exercises really really helped me a lot. And your right consistency is the KEY to improved quality of life for persons with parkinsons. I find my left knee locks down and i hv to wait for min 5 mins before i can get moving. Do you hv exercise video to prevent knee lock down. Thank you God Bless

Do the exercises close to the bed or couch and use a gaitbelt or even a regular belt. You can sray infront of her or beside her while doing the exercises
