Ubisoft/Massive addresses hacking when the game is basically dead, it's hilarious if you ask me. Maybe they should have done this at the beginning of the game's life cycle when there were thousands of Asian, particularly Chinese hackers rampaging through the Darz Zone in packs.

Anyone with SHD levels above 17000 should be banned they simply used exploits to gain those levels and it is ridiculous.

gaining xp 'too fast' has to be the dumbest reason ever to ban your playerbase, considering it's a direct result of shitty coding and testing. by all means fix the issue (quickly), but banning your fans over it? very dumb. especially over situations like oxi farms or floor10.

So great that we need a recording setup to verify cheaters on the external website. Wonder why they even put in ingame report options, if it doesn't trigger any sort of internal stats check. It may be good but it is only temporary yesterday we did countdown and a dude 15 shd suddenly teleported on one side of the map and we started to lag when near him. Also exploiters will keep on going, what i am worried is the long term bugs and issues no improvement at all, still getting random crashes, swapped cpu, gpu and added additional 32gb still crashes. Also i stopped sending reports on exploiters and cheater but deleted my report before, full rapid fire on tac 50 and teleporting. So no point and why 1st offense? Go with perma banned for cheaters and exploiters.

It's positive news, I'm an average PvP player (at best 😉) but love popping into the DZ and having fun. No issue getting smashed by better players. Makes it better when I actually take them down 😊 It's when you come up against the cheats and exploiters, and you know something is wrong....1 person taking down a whole server without taking damage / having excessive damage or someone shooting through walls. Hopefully they can be ahead of the 4-6 month schedule for this update. We really need it for the DZ 🤞

They will never do anything to actual in game cheats. They'll grab some grind exploiters but the only 2 games I've ever seen ban cheats, apex and private servers on DayZ

I think it is a win. My biggest issue is being in "end game" and trying to farm dz for things like currency or items/xp and just absolutely getting recked by level 5ks who are super optimized at level 170

Wym optimized at lvl 170 optimization goes to 23 rn but fr tho just keep trying you'll get used to dz everyone dies there just go in with that mindset have some fun you'll get better

Don’t run the dz for anything imo. Best loot is outside of the dz get good builds work on shd level and expertise first. I have a new pc account level 450 shd already 11 expertise.

Probably an unpopular opinion but I think keyboard and mouse should be locked out of console players menus. All they would have to do is make those unsupported or hard coded into the game to not detect keyboard and mouse.
