I'm sorry that Covid hit you guys but I'm so glad that you are all on the road to recovery. Thank you for the recommendations. I used to always buy high-end skincare as I assumed they were better but I have been incorporating some drugstore/mid-priced products and the effect is the same. I am excited to try some of your suggestions. I love watching you and I have for many years.

Glad you’re on the upswing and now you have some new antibodies to help out for a while. Such times we are in. Take care.

Sorry you were sick! So far I've still managed to dodge it, as far as I know, but kind of feel like it's probably coming for me eventually, ugh. I've settled on the niacinamide serum from The Ordinary. The Paula's Choice one is very cosmetically elegant, very thin and water-like, but is so much more expensive and you can't see when you're almost out since the bottle is opaque. The one from The Ordinary is a little thicker but still absolutely fine and not sticky, though I usually use it at night so haven't tested it under makeup.

47 years old here. Some of my favourites that I’ve been using a very long time… Amore pacific daily enzyme cleansing powder Fresh soy cleanser Fresh kombucha essence DE B hydra, protini, lala retro Current vit C is skinceuticals CEF, and using their tinted sunscreen I have some other things I use less frequently, but I could be here a long time 😆

Sorry to ear you’ve been sick Melissa! I have dry sensitive eyes now so I have cut back to a minimal routine: clean, hydrate and that’s it! Mostly with La Roche Posay products. Can’t used anti wrinkle creams anymore. I have one moisturizer by Cetaphil with 30 SPF that my eyes still tolerate… 🤷🏻♀️ It’s been a nightmare in the last year to figure out what works and not. I’m also off the eye makeup market besides tubing mascara I can wash off with water only. 😭 Have a great weekend!

Bummer about covid. Glad you guys are doing well. My parents just go covid for the first time. They went to a civil war convention type event and my dad got sick the day after they got home and my mom sick 2 days after that. Just thankful they didnt get too bad because my dad is 74 and has diabetes and my mom is 68. I think the strain is lessened at this point so i think this is the best time for anyone whos older or at risk to get it. And my parents were vaccinated and of course thats supposed to help with the symptoms. Just too bad it couldnt work like a normal vaccination and keep them from getting it in the first place. Anyway appreciate seeing your recommendations. Im really inro skin care. Thqt sof from Paulas chouce looks nice. Ive been wanting yo try one of hers. Ive been using the Elta MD clear and i love it. I also really lived the Biossance spf 30 as well. But anything cheaper is always appreciated. For vitamin C i like the Drink elephant (though expensive i like that you mix it ftesh) and the MaeLove Glow Maker. Grest price on that one too. Paulas Choice vitamin C serum was nice as well. 😊

I think Covid will get us all eventually. So far I've dodged it, but I live like a hermit. Next time I'm buying cleanser I will have to try the Neutrogena. I had a deluxe sample of Tatcha Water Cream, which I loved, but it's just too expensive. My skin is still somewhat oily (not the oil slick of my youth thankfully), and I find many moisturizers leave a tacky feeling behind.

I’m sorry Covid came your way, but glad you’re on the road to recovery! It found me this last week. It’s awful, but I too am recovering. I tried to order the Curology, but they want to to get other things as a trial. I can cancel a couple thing, but not all of it. How can I just get the custom product. I sent them an email a few days ago, but haven’t heard back. Have a nice 4th of July weekend 🌻
