I've recently come across your face massage videos and I love them all! I try to do the face lifting massage daily and then combine it with one of the other specific areas. Today for instance, since it's Sunday and I have more time in my hands, I did all of them. I have been doing them for over a week now and I do see a difference. I think everything we can do by ourselves during lockdown will help us look better and hang in there until we can go and see our professional skin care experts and dermatologists...

I discovered your videos Fev 23rd 2020 -I did 1 hour massage (I play the video twice of 4 of your previous videos)and, after 3 weeks I did look 10 years younger ! I keep doing it nowadays. I am 65 years old. From Manouck in Vancouver BC Canada I cannot thank you enough, I think about you every time I look at myself in the mirror. Hi Abigail, my daughter who’s 13 years old had chicken pox couple of years back and it has left few deep marks on her face . Is there anything I can do help reduce the marks. I thought over time it would healed but any tips would be appreciated. Thank you so much.xx

they will soften with time, Im sure most of us have some chickepox scars I know I have some dots and dashes over my face and body as do my children. they fade over the years. and if they become more of an issue then there are some more things she can try when is older x
