Especially in the south and California. Do you even know that shelters across the country are over capacity and putting 3 or 4 dogs to a kennel and the halls lined with crates of dogs? Do you even know how many animals right now are being euthanized for space per day? Spare me your “ I don’t know the dog was abandoned “, because IT WAS!
