I’m 53.5 kg right now but i gained my weight till 61 prior when i consumend mass gainer also but due to some reason i stoped my workout and suppliment now i again want to focus on my health sooo my question is that can i consume mass gainer for startup building my weight and mass ??? Healthy transformation chahiye apne ko, vahi long term mein saath deti hai, take it slow, calorie deficit ko badhao Nhi kuch time kam rakho, and ek de load weak lo exercise mein. Healthy high protein lo, ghar ka cooked khaana khao. 2-3 month mein karo 7 kg
