This is cool. a non-bodybuilder trying posing. Love how encouraging Jujimufu is, and he never made fun of David's body. This kind of interaction makes bodybuilding seem less like steroid rage guy who is completely self-absorbed. This painted bodybuilding as fun thing and supporting and encouraging each other. Thanks for sharing!

Where did he get those wings? I did pull-ups daily for a year and my pecs pop more than my lats. Must be that the rib cage squishes into a different shape in that pose.

@@randalalansmith9883It's your form then. You want to do wider pullups, and try leaning a little backwards as you do it. Currently, you're probably holding your hands narrow and pulling down in front of you, which works your chest.

I don't know where you are hiding them, cause they weren't there, then [Strike a pose] BAM! I kind of wish there was a third person, an everyman type, cause you looked so small next to Juji, but most people would. I have an average physique but have been working on strength training pretty consistently for the last few months and there is something about flexing that makes you feel so confident even if you’re not at where you want to be. This was a cool video! I’ll have to practice some of the poses besides a lat spread (by myself in the mirror or when annoying my son after tossing him around a bit 😅).

Right??? I dont lift, but I climb, and all of my life a was very insecure about my body, thinking I was to thin to be good looking. But since some month I ocasionally pose, and it really helps :DDDD I cant do a latspread though. But the zyzz looks really good I think, just an esthetic movement.

I’m curious about what kind of stretching routine you would recommend for a senior with poor mobility and limited range of motion, especially someone experiencing pain in the neck, hips, and lower back. I’ve walked my grandmother through various exercises, but most of them are too difficult for her. Could you create a short video with simple, accessible stretches for seniors? It would be incredibly helpful for my grandmother. Thank you!
