im 47 and my wrists are the same size as my 34 year old girlfriend's - i'm 6 feet tall and she's 5 foot 2.What really freaks me out are that her 10 year daughter's wrists aren't much smaller than mine. I try to push this to the back of my mind - as with most things about my crazy build - but when i stand in the bathroom shaving it washes over me. I try to mentally fight this but the shaving mirror in the bathroom unearths all my insecuruities. I am damned. But I'm also lucky to have a lovely girlfriend and stepdaughter who don't care what I look like. I thank god for them. They are beautiful and I love them dearly.

about HGH ive read an article slash study that when your growth plates havent fused yet your bones grow in length and not in width. so if you are a teen then you just need to wait till you are older because when the growth plates fuse your HGH will make your bones thicker. especially in the hands and face. compare your hands to an adult who is in his 30s ofcourse there will exceptions because everey human en genetics are different but in general this is the case. iff you want to increase HGH naturally than you need to sleep for as long and deep as you can and increase state of REM sleep and secon you should start intermitted fasting a couple of times in the week for 16 hour water fast. and when you eat give your body the building materials and eat lots of proteins(meat and chicken) and what also increases bone density and thus makes your wrists thicker is putting tension on your joints. for example pro tennis players have a smashing arm and and a regular arm. the smashing arm is around 21% thicker than the regular arm. idk which player it was but there is a study online about this. so what i am saying is doing heavy liting or maybe doing a sport where you set a lot of stress on your joints it wil make them bigger. for example if you had a heavy ball that is around 3-4 kg and throw it as hard as you can with one arm and then same with the other and did this several times a week and increase the weight of the ball you would overtime for sure get bigger wrists and overal bigger bones in your arm becaus they adapt to the stress that they undergo. als take magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and maybe boron for stronger bones. pumpkin seeds are a great source of magnesium and zinc. and in addition these 4 supplements will also increase testosterone which also helps with getting bigger bones. try all of this and you will see results.

Is this proven

All good advice! It is clear that you have done a lot of research on this topic. We can't attribute the 21% growth in the hitting arm to bone structure, it is likely due to muscle growth more than anything else, but nevertheless good advice for everyone to act on. Thank you man 🙏

It's not about imperfection, it's about begin the "rare case" among others. Being 5'5 is "rare", proof? most clothes companies make the smallest pants/jeans for 5'7 guys. Having a 4,5 cm width wrist is "rare", I only see girls with that wrist size, and men with that size once a year. Sometimes I wish I could be normal, but no, I have bad genetics and I have to deal "insecurities" cuz people will always remind me of them cuz you are genetically inferior than other men. Ofc for women, it's the opposite, if you shame them for something they CAN control like body fat, all women/feminists will insult you back. But somehow women mocking men on things they CAN'T control is fine.

Very fair points. First I want to thank you for commenting. I'm going to try to make an analogy and it's either going to be a hit or miss, but I figure it's worth a shot. Imagine you are playing a poker game. Unquestionably some players will get dealt better cards than others throughout the game, but the winner of the game is not necessarily the person who had the most "good" hands-- DESPITE it appearing that way. I'm under the impression that we assume winners are luckier because we see their wins and not the strategy they employed. They play their best hands and don't dread the bad ones that come before and after it. You were dealt a hand. It contains a lot more than two cards (fortunately), and some of them are "bad" (comparatively speaking) and some of them are better than what others have. Now the only way you can win the game (which we call life) is if you play your hand to the best of your ability. There's no guarantee you will "win", but there is a guarantee you won't if you don't take control of your strategy. Fortunately unlike in poker where one must lose in order for another to win, outside the Casino the world doesn't demand any of us to win at another's expense.

I've actually heard of this informal test before and I have to say it isn't all that bad of a measurement. However, although wrist size generally correlates with size it is not the same thing. I have seen short guys with thick wrists, and guys well over six foot with small wrists. Ultimately it comes down to the girth of your bone structure.

It's really interesting. I am attracted to men with thin bones and with average height (between 170 cm and 183 cm). Strong, heavy bones and very big muscles actually turn me off, I also don't prefer very tall men, since I am short and rather fragile, even if I do a lot of sports. I am a 29-years-old woman, I am 162 cm (5 feet 3.75 inches) "tall", and my weight fluctuates between 48-57 kg (105-126 pounds). I myself have very thin bones, the circumference of my wrist is only 13 cm (5.11 inches). My muscle mass percentage is usually about 40%, my fat percentage is between 17% and 25%. How is it possible that all men want to be heavy, big and muscular, and many women fall for spaghetti-type guys? :D Just asking. Most of my female friends prefer thin and fit guys with moderate muscle mass amount. I wrote this just for some men to know, that many women love thin guys, so I don't think that you should be insecure. Normal amount of sport is usually enough for a man to become more attractive than before. :) This is my opinion.

Thanks for your comment Faza! Like you mentioned there is not a ton of adipose tissue (ie fat) that surrounds the wrist area. Merely putting on bodyweight will likely end up throwing off your proportions. Giving the illusion that your wrists are even smaller!! (This is what I think based on what I’ve seen) As someone earlier mentioned, having 5.5in wrists can actually serve as a good compliment to a well built physique, especially emphasizing the girth if the forearm region 💪🏼 Keep up the good work man!

Hey, as someone who has been able to get over this insecurity I know you can too. Ask yourself why do you not like it? (e.g. It's too skinny. Why do I not like that it's not skinny? Because it makes me uncomfortable. Why does it make me feel uncomfortable?) This is a short example of the internal dialogue that you should have with yourself. This has proved extremely useful for me in revealing my hidden desires and truth. It requires complete transparency and literal interpretation. It's okay if you don't have an answer right away to one of the questions you ask yourself. Just write it down and come back to it. Hope this helps, and if you do decide to give it a go let me know

As mentioned in the video, you will be able to increase your ankle girth to a certain extent by doing such exercises. This is largely due to the fact that your tendons (muscle to bone) and ligaments (bone to bone) will grow over time with resistance training. However, it is worth noting that this will take a while because unlike muscles there isn't the best blood flow to these areas.

@@Mks25932 Activities that put stress on bones can nudge bone-forming cells into action. That stress comes from the tugging and pushing on the bone that occurs during strength training (as well as weight-bearing aerobic exercises like walking or running). The result is stronger, denser bones.

Evolve Fitness I have tried HGH after my growth plates have closed (age 20) and they have significantly increased the bone mass of my wrist and ankles. Although, to get the best benefit out of HGH, you need to use steroids along with them, otherwise your wrists and ankles will barely increase. I should also mention that high doses of HGH does increase your facial structure bone mass, giving you a more masculine appearence. I used to have a weak jawline and weak/soft face, but it's pretty much comparable to yours, lol. You have a great natural jawline btw, brother. Bet you get pussy everyday haha. For peasants like us, we have to use HGH + AAS to get that jawline.

@@friedrichsteiner8411 Forearms are among the most stubborn muscle groups yet one of the most important for overall strength development. Your forearms also get trained, albeit indirectly, from most upper body exercises. However, those are not sufficient enough to induce supra levels of growth and strength in your forearms. The good news is that you don’t need a bunch of fancy machines to train your forearms. Just some dumbbells would do the trick for you. The most important thing to keep in mind with forearm training is that they take time to grow. One big mistake a lot of people make, myself included, is impatience. Don’t expect your forearms to grow overnight. Give them at least 12 weeks, and you will definitely see some good results. What about forearm training? The forearms have two main muscle groups, the forearms flexors and the forearms extensors. Another muscle group of the forearm is the Brachioradialis. The good news is that you can train all muscle groups using only a pair of dumbbells. The best forearm dumbbell exercises are: Dumbbell wrist curls Dumbbell reverse wrist curls Behind the back wrist curls Reverse Curls Wrist abduction Wrist adduction Killer Dumbell Forearm workout Now, here is an old-school all-around dumbbell forearm workout target every last fiber of your forearms.
