U need to be on finasteride hun. U r just going to lose more of your original hair that was left, and it’ll be just as thin as u were before the transplant in the next 8-12 months. Without halting the hair loss it’s pointless to get a hair transplant, cause your not stopping the root cause and you’ll get maybe 6-9 months of good hair maybe, if your lucky, and then you’ll be balding again. Get on something, if not finasteride try dutasteride.

Bro, i'm in the same situation as you. Same diffuse thinning all over the top. You're going to need a second hair transplant to the crown and maybe all over the head if you want more density. You'll have to grow out your hair at the back and sides to cover the FUE scars. I would say fuck all of that & fuck taking finasteride/ minoxidil every day of your life. Get SMP from a top SMP artist. They'll cover the FUE scars on the back and add density throughout your head. For the very best SMP it would cost you $4000-4500 You will need to wait a full year + to analyse your scalp to see if you're a suitable candidate for SMP. Some people get cobblestoning/pitting on their recipient area all over the top of their head which makes SMP noticeable in certain lighting. Not saying you'll have that but it's a consequence of going to alot of places in Turkey and elsewhere
