2004 Skoda Fabia clutch replacement
In this video we show you how to centre the clutch and refit the gearbox drive shafts and everything else for finishing the job
As always when you're replacing a clutch on any car always replace with the full clutch kit don't try and save money by just replacing the clutch because in the long run it will cause you more delays and cost you more money also try and replace with a branded clutch as the cheap Clutches don't really last

I had a Seat Altea shit a drive shaft inner joint like that last week. It only came in for the outer boot but fell apart when striping and wouldn't stay in place when reassembling it. New shaft Sorted!! 👍

You can male it easier by removing the driveshaft flanges from the gearbox.

I see that one of your viewers has already mentioned about the clutch tool for alignment. That would be great Leon for your viewers as it seems to be a great tool as you've shown in a previous video of where you did a clutch job. That's a bummer about the drive shaft, but you'll get it all sorted in the end :) Have a good one Leon!

Yeah...Nah...Maybe it all depends on the car and unfortunately the sound you hear you might be describing it's slightly different to me I have heard strange noises coming from dual mass flywheels

Nice video Leon. Was wondering about that CV shaft from Part 1 looked pretty bound up. May be the result of the clutch slipping & grabbing at a higher RPM...CV shafts don't like that. Cheers Leon...SORTED

Hayward's Automotive I don't think it was because of the clutch I think it's just worn out there was a lot of blistering on the balls and pit holes

Yep I've had a few with their balls broken and having your balls broken can ruin your day but blistered balls isn't good either! :O

The Zeeuw Looks like the one i have which is the Sealey VS010. Sold all over ebay. Done loads of clutches with it last year.

How did the customer know the clutch was going or was it gone? Also while you replaced the clutch how did u know the flywheel was ok and also didnt need to be replaced? Sorry if thats a stupid question

GrahamC 95 when you put the car in gear it does not move this not always pointing to the clutch that's gone but you know you have a problem with in the clutch somewhere the flywheel was not damaged and straight did not have any discolorations on it so I knew it was ok I've never had to replace a standard flywheel ever
