Does the Karoq SEL have the virtual cockpit as standard, and can you have the full screen map in the screen behind the steering wheel?

Not sure if you're still looking but they're about the same. Same chassis and platform. Personally, I'd rather have the Skoda but maybe I'm bias as I adore Skoda.
