Skoda Kylaq customer are left because of middle class category. I too booked online but no email received. I wanted to change from Signature manual to automatic but no option. I called customer care they said contact dealer because you selected it. Dealer has no access to change. I feel neglected because middle class. I didn't get email. After booking no customer care. Now i want to cancel but no option to change. There are charges for cancellation for booking amount. I did not get email after booking on 2nd December 2024.

Yes any installation aftermarket other than skoda approved or skoda Infotainment system, there will be void of warranty. I confirmed it from the skoda official.

I booked at showroom by paying 11k on 6th, didnt receive any message from scoda that dealer booked on my behalf or not. Those who booked online are in queue and delivery is assured. Is my delivery also assured or need to ask dealer regarding it?
