Why is Ivern in jail tier? He was not the best of guys but he changed, he literally became the most protective guy out there. Evelynn's entire thing is that she tricks people into thinking they're going to get something from her then she torture's them until they die. Tbh...i think she's the scariest of all the champions, most are rage induced monster's, cho'gath will eat you, fiddlesticks is a barely conscious fear monster, at the end of the day they don't have anything against me i just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Evelynn is completely conscious of what she's doing, she purposefully seeks out happy people in order to make them sad, she takes her time with it to make it personal as well. The chicks a definitive cross the street but i love her. If were going by her coven skin? Maaaaybbbeeee a baddie. She might tease you, but then you'll die. I should also mention, this is reflected in her Voice Line's, while in her Demon Shade she'll talk about all the terrible things she'll do but when not in demon shade she's sexy af.
