You guys should do a video on using Ethier your Bigfoot orbital/or your rotary buffing systems and show how well it works in a production body shop system. Maybe have someone paint a hood or something the night before and show us painters how well your system will work on fresh clear coats. I’m very interested in your products but I would like to see a video on it.

In some markets we do actually offer carts and rolling drawer systems already. The availability varies by region for several reasons.

Non vacuum is not available in Australia isn’t it?

I have a demo non vac 6mm at work. For some reason the d/a doesnt spin until the speed control is like 3/4 of the way turned up. If I try to fine tune it right where I want it it either doesn’t spin or it’s faster then I want. I work in autobody in case that matters. I highly doubt it’s an air pressure problem. We have giant compressors set at 90psi I think. All the other d/a’s in the shop work fine. It’s a bummer because I like the d/a other then not being able to get the speed right.

Really difficult to say Scott. There are so many variables. The grit of disc you're using vs. the topography of the paint translates to a level of drag that can slow or stop rotation. The downward pressure (lack of or excessive) applied by the operator. The angle applied. Depending on where you're located we may be able to get someone to pay you a visit to troubleshoot and get to the bottom of what is causing your particular issue.
