Motor Grader Railroad Station Grading (Blade Camera)-Skilled Operator

So we are back on to the railroad again. This time we were grading the whole railroad station. I just wanted to show you how it looks under the blade I also recorded the grader so I will be posting 2 videos a week.
We were grading different here the hights of the gravel aren't correct because they only used wooden sticks and those wooden sticks are right there where the grader drives(and other vehicles). So this method isn't the one we use so everything behind the grader isn't the right hight when the roller comes. Don't know why did they want us to do this way. Also, they were it a big rush we usually don't even operate in winter.

I have an antique 44-46 311 Adams Motor Grader and because it is gear driven, I can turn the blade all the way around where I can blade backwards. I have seen you do some complicated moves with a motor grader and I wonder if you have you ever attempted bladding backwards? The end of my driveway has a large dip on an incline (the only hydraulics are the rear breaks and they don't work) and running the mo-board totally backward can give a guy a headache.

We never attempted to grade backwards but it can be done and its a little tricky. We never did it because we grade only on a large scale. And I know it can give you a headache
