Aerial Yoga Flying Warrior is a trick that will take you to new heights. Practice step by step and be sure to do a full warm up before you try this aerial yoga video.
Flying Warrior requires strength in the legs to maintain the wrapped foot straight. It also requires opening in the hip and the climb up requires strength in the upper body.

If you can’t lift yourself up at the end to slowly lower yourself down then come out of the pose by going back the way you came in.
