Skydiving Freefly. Which is Better, Headdown or Sit?

In skydiving, when freeflying, which do you find better? When I was younger jumper headdown flying was the ultimate goal. Now I'm not so sure. Sit flying has some solid merits that I think a lot of people overlook. For example, the head-up record is much smaller than the head-down. Also, I've been on some solid fun jumps sit flying with only a couple hundred jumps. Anyway, Thanks for Watching!
