Something doesn't sound right about that arrangement. She hasn't spoken to the sister yet. The sister hasn't met the kids and seen how rowdy and destructive they are. She could come back to that apartment after traveling and see those kids acting crazy with trash on the floor, and it's over. I wouldn't count on that.
