what about jerma stream something
@IAmCaligvla4 жыл бұрын
It's funny, every time someone gets hired to do official edits for Jerma it goes down the drain, it's starts taking literally months for like 10 min long highlights, meanwhile unofficial highlights are like 1hr+ and they come out a day or two after the stream, sometimes we even get highlights of old ass streams that nobody even remembers existing.

Can I get a reason why getting hired by jerma is a bad thing?
@ahunter75634 жыл бұрын
some context : superdazza isn't the first to be hired like that. Jackedits was also like superdazza; he made quick edits,and they were very good,like dazza. When he announced he was getting hired,me and his other subscribers were happy,because we thought we would get this quality and speed on the main channel. What happened? Nothing! the speed is still shit,the quality is okay-ish. So when dazza also announced he was recruited by 2nd jerma,most of us said our prayer and went looking for another channel,because we knew we wouldn't get the what dazza (or jack) provided on the main channel.

@skye44 жыл бұрын
Could you point out any specific times in the video where you think the cuts are too fast, please?
@jamesmccomb95254 жыл бұрын
@@skye4 Not really since it's just something that's throughout the whole video, there's none that are egregious enough to single out. Just adding a split second after or before each clip of dead air would do it I think, but I'm no editor.
@skye44 жыл бұрын
@James McComb I see. Here's my perspective: I'm not just editing around Jerma's voice, but also the in-game music and sound effects, and the video, and my goal is to make cuts as smooth as possible, both in terms of audio and video, without leaving in too much dead air. If a cut seems too short to you, adding in "an extra split second" might mean having to leave in several extra seconds due to a sound effect or music cue playing that would cause the cut to seem much more abrupt than if I had lopped off the extra split second. The same would apply to a scene change during a cutscene, or Jerma making an abrupt movement in-game, for an example. It's a lot of stuff to balance.
