Despite his additude, Kaos is actually very powerful and a straight up genius. Just look at all the villains in this game, despite all their power, Kaos' STILL rose over all of them and realized that the one thing staying in his way is US, the portal masters, AND earth, and became even stronger.

Remember, he’s canonically been on earth. At the end of Spyro’s Adventure, he’s launched to earth by the heroes, and in Giants, he has just enough magic to come back to life and use a portal to return, something no one else in the series has ever done. And the most important part? HE WAS AT A SKYLANDERS DISPLAY! He knows that the figures and portals are being sold, so he can easily put 2 and 2 together, and after that, it’s just a matter of exploiting the information. Also, he’s a Portal Master himself. He has the same powers you do, plus the magic he knows AND the new developments he takes advantage of. And, if Skylanders Academy is canon, he’s stolen the power of an evil god (Strykore was trying to kill Kaos at the end of season 2, but Kaos couldn’t recite the spell [or could and knew what it did] so he received power instead) and ESCAPED CLOUDCRACKER PRISON WITHOUT ANY SUBSTANTIAL HELP! He also manipulates the cast for the entire game, so it’s not all power that gets him where he is. All in all, he’s not an unimpressive villain AT ALL, and in fact quite powerful and intelligent, with outside knowledge to boot.

Flying characters make it so easy! But I did discover that Snapshot is kind of invincible while using the "jump+slam" soul gem until he moves again. It is kind of handy for this.

He only does it at the start of two phases, but that increases a weakness; he'll take more damage from your attacks when he does this.

First time i battled him on nightmare, i haved 2 max evolved life,2 max evolved water villains,2 max evolved earth villains, and one max evolved villain of each fire,air,technology,magic,ghost, Light and darkness(tell if i forgot an element)and exactly 64 skylanders,also every single one maxed out,and i won the fight damn close,he defeated every of my villains with ease, also my skylanders didnt really stood a chance,but i won the battle with knight light having around 10 hp left.i also somehow activatet a glitch where it happened that my trigger happy had zero hp but was still alive

If they are the current skylanders/villans element, they will heal them. If not, it will harm them. They are usually centered around the skylander and villan currently on the Portal of Power.
