Amazingly, my daughter, Skyler [~same age], remains in disobedience and rebellion. Praise HIM for all who have a HEART that reflects the beauty shared here. My heart is newly broken, newly un-done, by those things He has done for me - and "I remember" and weep. This has been added to my daily meditation, which I will sing to Jesus, with my own tears of thanksgiving, as we grow deeper in love, in the secret place. Thank you honoring our King, sister. For Behold, Soon we shall be quickened, suddenly changed, and forever with our LOVE. So be it.

So, I was looking for worship songs without knowing what exactly I wanted to hear but I just wanted something to comfort my soul and to quiet the voices inside my head that don't come from the Lord. I am at a transition point in my life and I feel tired and weak. I feel like I drifted so far from the Lord, so far from the girl I used to be in Him. But He has been telling me to seek Him more in His word. This song is precisely what I need to sing, because there is no way better to survive through the storms than to remember the promises and stories of our powerful God. He will because He is. Thank you for reminding me how sweet the word of the Lord is, Skylar! Thank you!
