The US announced that Chinese operatives operating in the US were buying guns/ammo/tech/uniforms from Texas and Shipping it out of Cali to North Korea on the scale in the millions of USD. Yoon used this for his logic to maintain power most likely... or he knew more than US is telling us in the public and he had a real reason to be in that much of a worry. Given that the government tells the public less than 1% of useful knowledge that they have... for all we know tens of thousands of US military uniforms and guns and were shipped to North Korea... would make sense... North Korean Army dressed in US fatigues would cause the most confusion and best chance for a North Korean success at an invasion of the South.
